Hi Trojan students and families!
This is my seventh year at NKHS as the School Counselor for students with last names that begin with A-E.
I graduated from Mathews High School in 1997, then Longwood College in 2001. I worked in a residential psychiatric hospital for adolescents, then went back to school for my teaching license. I was a special education teacher in Chesterfield County for 11 years and realized that counseling was my passion. I have been a school counselor since graduating in 2015 with my Master of Education in School Counseling.
When I am not working, I enjoy being with friends and family, reading, playing tennis, camping, playing with my dog, and listening to live music.
